Where do these products come from?
All our products are crafted from genuine leather, matching the quality of original European brands. Each item comes with a dust bag and original packaging.
When will I receive my items?
Our products are produced and shipped from our facility within 6 to 12 business days (within the USA) after your purchase. Standard shipping times will then apply. For tracking information, please refer to the confirmation email you receive. If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Is it safe to put my credit card number and details into this website?
We do not store any information related to your credit card (which is handled by our payment processor, strip, best and one of the safest in the business). We have never had an incident of online fraud and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

HOW DO I RETURN?

with your order number and email address. Follow the instructions provided in our response. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that your item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
What about customs duties and taxes?
Please note that we ship worldwide and aim to handle shipments in a way that minimizes customs issues. However, some countries have stricter regulations than others, and we cannot predict or control taxes. We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied.
