At Franco Shops, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 30-day Return & Refund Policy designed for your convenience.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for purchases made after 30 days from the delivery date.

✅ You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  1. You receive the wrong product.

  2. The product has defects (as outlined in point no. 8 for resolution).

  3. The item is damaged during transit (eligible for a free exchange or refund upon contacting us).

  4. There is evidence of tampering with the product.

⚠️ Please Note:

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For order cancellations or refund requests initiated by the customer, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed promptly and credited to your original payment method within the standard timeframe.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Please wait for our response before sending back your item. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend:

  1. Checking your bank account again.

  2. Contacting your credit card provider (processing times vary).

  3. Contacting your bank (some banks take additional time to process refunds).
